Pattern creation and casting waxes
Starting with the customer's drawing, we create the first model from which we obtain a rubber mould. From this mould we make perfect wax copies, which are mounted on a spindle and placed inside a steel cylinder for casting.

The wax copies are mounted on a spindle and inserted into a steel cylinder, which is filled with plaster. This material forms a protective shell, capturing every detail of the model with extreme precision.
