Production Phases

Design and digital engineering
Starting from a hand sketch or preliminary drawing provided by the customer, we develop a digital file for 3D printing. The design is optimised according to the dimensions and use of the accessory, ensuring precision and feasibility.

Creation of the 3D model and waxes
Using 3D printing, we create the first model of the accessory, from which we obtain a rubber mould. This mould allows us to produce perfect, detailed replicas in wax, which are assembled on a sprue for the casting process.

Brass casting
The tree is melted at a high temperature, allowing the wax to melt and leave a perfect imprint. This becomes the negative of the accessory, ready to receive the molten brass, which thus takes on the final shape of the component.

Quality control and finishing
Once solidified, the accessories are extracted and subjected to rigorous quality control. Each piece is checked and finished to ensure compliance with customer specifications and maximum precision in the details.
