Production Phases

Digital design and engineering

Starting from an existing piece or a preliminary design provided by the customer, we develop a digital file for 3D printing. The design is optimized based on the dimensions and use of the component within the car.

Creation of the 3D model and waxes

Using 3D printing, we create the first model of the component, from which we obtain a rubber mould. This mould allows us to produce perfect, detailed replicas in wax, which are assembled on a sprue for the casting process.

Aluminium casting

The tree is melted at a high temperature, allowing the wax to melt and leave a perfect imprint. This becomes the negative of the piece, ready to receive the molten aluminium, which then takes on the final shape of the car component.

Quality control and finishing

Once solidified, the components are extracted and subjected to rigorous quality control. Each piece is checked and finished to ensure compliance with specifications and maximum precision in the details.
